For
over 50 years, Flambeau has served our customers within the appliance, automotive,
electronic, heavy truck, industrial equipment, lawn and garden, medical, recreation,
telecommunication, premiums and packaging industries by providing quality injection
molded thermoplastic parts.
Flambeau
has dedicated injection molding facilities with over 140 machines ranging in size
from 24 to 1,300 ton. We provide automated production which allows us to accommodate
high-volume requirements. Further, we have precision molding machines capable
of meeting the extremely tight tolerances required for small precision parts.
Our facilities are QS and ISO certified, plus we have on-site quality control
laboratories to ensure the highest-quality products — worldwide.
In
1961, Flambeau added blow molding to their capabilities. A fully integrated technical
resource and specialist in both injection molding and blow molding, whether your
need is in two shot molding, over-molding, injection molding, extrusion blow molding,
suction blow molding or use of a wide variety of resins, Flambeau is able to offer
the process that is best suited for your application.
We
can provide design assistance or complete product design through our in-house
Technology Center. We can also design and build prototype and production tools,
as well as, provide complete program management and dedicated secondary operations. |
