Purchased from Stadium® Group plc of Hartlepool UK, Stadium Building Products and Quest Baby are manufactured in Chingford, London approximately 80 miles / 128.7 kilometers from Flambeau's facility in Ramsgate, Kent. Flambeau expects to integrate the operations and logistics for the two product lines into its Ramsgate facility over the next few months.
Tooling to make the Stadium Building Products and Quest brand products will be replicated and shipped to one or several of Flambeau's seven U.S.A. manufacturing facilities and Saltillo, Coahuila Mexico affiliate, Plasticos Flambeau S. de RL de CV. "The acquisition of the Stadium and Quest product lines enable us to better leverage our fixed assets and distribution channels in the UK, Europe and US. We look forward to integrating Stadium products with our other Flambeau offerings and working with existing Stadium customers of these products to see they are effectively serviced and to grow our relationships with Flambeau's other products and development capabilities," notes Jason Sauey, Chairman and CEO of Flambeau, Inc. headquartered in Baraboo, Wisconsin U.S.A.

Stadium Building Products manufactures plastic products for the consumer, DIY, building and construction, agriculture and equestrian markets, as well as a comprehensive line of home and garden products which are distributed through UK national and regional builders / merchant outlets, DIY stores, equestrian and agricultural retailers and a large UK national supermarket chain. Flambeau's Integration Team will be communicating with the employees of the acquired businesses on a regular basis regarding the consolidation of the Chingford site with Flambeau's Ramsgate operation.
